Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible professional to supervise the physical and documentary status of vehicles, manage fleet controls, and handle incidents in Vehicle Physical Control (VPC). Identify anomalies and prepare timely reports. We seek an organized, responsible individual with attention to detail to join the Vehicle Physical Control (VPC) department. This person will be responsible for supervising the physical and documentary status of vehicles, maintaining administrative fleet controls, and tracking incidents. Main Responsibilities: * Validate vehicle entries and exits. * Inspect physical conditions upon vehicle intake and delivery. * Yard control. * Record mileage, damages, incidents, and vehicle status. * Documentation control. * Prepare reports and photographic evidence. * Excel or internal system controls. * Coordinate vehicle delivery and receipt. * Identify anomalies and report them promptly. Requirements: * Experience in vehicle control, logistics, or fleet management. * Completed high school education. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
