We are a travel agency specializing in original and authentic experiences, and we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic **TRAVEL AGENT ASSISTANT** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree: Technician or Bachelor in Tourism, A.E.T., or related field (completed) * Preferred: Experience working in a travel agency * Customer service experience: 6 months * Availability: Monday to Saturday * Knowledge of tourist geography, Global Distribution Systems (SABRE and/or AMADEUS, WSP) **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist Travel Agents * Prepare reports * Request products timely and accurately * Prepare files (itineraries, tickets, coupons, etc.) * Validate documents (validity, data, etc.) **We Offer:** * Salary: $10,000 net monthly (100% payroll) * Monthly bonus * Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Growth opportunities Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
