Position Summary: We are seeking a Tractor-Trailer Workshop Manager to coordinate and supervise mechanics, plan and execute maintenance, manage resources, and ensure proper repairs. We are looking for: TRACTOR-TRAILER WORKSHOP MANAGER *Main Responsibilities: -Coordinating/supervising the mechanic team and maintenance personnel -Planning/executing preventive and corrective maintenance for the tractor-trailer fleet -Monitoring the availability/proper use of workshop resources -Ensuring accurate diagnosis and proper execution of repairs -Maintaining up-to-date maintenance records and technical reports -Control of maintenance budgets and costs *Competencies: -Ability to work under pressure -Teamwork -Responsibility -Dynamism -Punctuality -Good communication skills -PC proficiency -Gender: Unrestricted -Education: Minimum technical degree -Experience: Minimum 2 years in tractor-trailer maintenance -Full-time availability *We Offer: -Work schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00–18:30; Saturday 9:00–14:30 -Salary: To be agreed upon -Weekly payment -100% formal payroll scheme -Legal benefits from day one -Direct hiring by the company -Salary: To be agreed upon Work location: El Salto, Jalisco.
