Welcome to Bosch. **Job Description** * Supervise tool shop technicians * Prepare production reports for tools manufactured in the tool shop * Schedule workloads * Prepare tool, machinery, and material requisitions * Monitor implementation of the 5S program * Provide guidance to CNC technicians * Design and fabricate templates * Operate computer software packages and CAD/CAM systems * Fabricate steel components * Handle loads * Knowledge of materials and heat treatments * Knowledge of administration **Qualifications** Completed engineering degree Specialization in technical drawing / mechanical design preferred Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, FeatureCAM, mold manufacturing, and all types of tooling Proactive; ability to work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Detail-oriented; team player; dynamic; organized; ability to read blueprints; intermediate English **Additional Information** By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce and are an equal opportunity employer.
