Life and career plan At Grupo Castores, we seek your talent as a 'Junior Tester' Required Experience: - Process and system analysis - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Programming knowledge. - Proficiency with modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, and flowcharts. - Experience in designing and optimizing business processes supported by technology. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to document and present technical solutions. - Interface prototyping. - Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (desirable). Responsibilities: - Project management focused on process and system analysis and improvement. - Optimization of structures and functions within IT departments. - Definition and documentation of processes. - Creation of flowcharts and process/system manuals. - Delivering training sessions for process and system implementation. - Conducting periodic project progress meetings.
