We are a leading Mexican company in vehicle tracking and location services, with nationwide coverage across the Mexican Republic. We are currently seeking a Call Center Executive. Professional Profile * Academic level: Completed high school diploma (certificate required). * Minimum verifiable work experience: 1 year (must demonstrate job stability). Main Responsibilities: * Contact assigned customers within no more than 24 business hours to coordinate device installation. * Accurately record each customer contact according to the justifications provided by the Installation System. * Notify the Commercial Department of any operational deviations promptly and accurately via the Installation System. * Optimize routes when assigning activities.
