




TECHNICAL SUPPORT * Base salary: $14,000 (100% nominal) * Enhanced benefits: 10% savings fund, 13% grocery vouchers, 30-day year-end bonus, 25% vacation bonus. * YoP Staff Program (additional vacation days, life insurance, major medical expense insurance, etc.) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 22:00 (1-hour lunch break) * Days off: Saturday and Sunday \-Age: 23 to 35 years old \-Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems or related field (current student or graduate) \-Experience: Minimum 1 year as Level 1 Technical Support. \-Service-oriented attitude. \-Valid driver’s license (any type) \-Ability to operate standard vehicles Responsibilities: \-On-site technical support \-Provide clear instructions and support to users via email, phone, or chat. \-Basic knowledge of networks and Ethernet cable assembly/punch-down. \-Efficient receipt and management of user support requests (tickets). \-Remote support for local and remote locations. \-Preparation of equipment for local and remote shipments. \-Installation of Windows 11. \-Configuration of printing devices. \-Corrective and preventive maintenance.
