




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support professional with experience in on-site and remote support, equipment maintenance, and user assistance to ensure optimal system operation. Equipment preparation and system configuration TECHNICAL SUPPORT * Base salary: $14,000 (100% nominal) * Enhanced benefits: 10% savings fund, 13% food vouchers, 30-day year-end bonus, 25% vacation premium. * YoP Staff Program (additional vacation days, life insurance, major medical expense insurance, etc.) * Working hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Rest days: one weekday and one weekend day \-Age: 23 years \- 35 years \-Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Systems or related field (student intern or graduate) \-Experience: Minimum 1 year as Level 1 Technical Support. \-Service-oriented attitude. \-Valid driver’s license (any type) \-Ability to operate standard vehicles Responsibilities: \-On-site technical support \-Provide clear instructions and support to users via email, telephone, or chat. \-Basic networking knowledge and Ethernet cable assembly/punch-down. \-Efficient receipt and management of user support requests (tickets). \-Remote support for local and external locations. \-Preparation of equipment for local and external shipments. \-Installation of Windows 11\. \-Configuration of printing devices. \-Corrective and preventive maintenance.
