Job stability and growth within the design department Job Description At Creaciones DICSA, we are seeking a **Technical Design Management Specialist**, responsible for developing technical specifications and product specifications, as well as coordinating information among design, production, and quality departments to ensure models are correctly executed on the production floor. Job Objective To develop comprehensive and accurate technical specifications, and manage the necessary technical information for proper garment development and production. Main Responsibilities * Development of technical specifications for production * Review and validation of information across physical samples, sketches, and specifications * Tracking of production orders in WIP * Development of specifications for cutting, sewing, printing, and quality * Review of labeling in accordance with client requirements * Management of quality manuals, labeling guidelines, and brand standards * Coordination with design, pattern-making, production, and quality departments * Control and organization of technical files (historical records, versions, revisions) * Tracking of technical specification delivery deadlines * General support to the design and product development department Requirements * Education: Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Garment Industry, or related field (preferred) * Experience: * Minimum 2–3 years in product development or technical design roles * Essential knowledge: * Technical specification development * Textile product development * Fabric behavior * Production processes (cutting, sewing, printing) * Preferred: * Design software proficiency * Basic labeling knowledge (regulations and client requirements) Profile * Analytical and organized * Attention to detail * Sense of urgency * Strong communication skills * Team-oriented * Proactive We Offer * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities within the design department Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $7,347.82 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
