**Maintenance Technician**
You are a maintenance technician with a plumbing focus and passionate about ensuring the proper functioning of facilities; at STATION, there is a place for you:
**Requirements:**
* Gender: Not specified
* Education: Bachelor’s degree, currently in progress or completed (technical high school or vocational training in maintenance, plumbing, or related fields preferred).
* Skills and Abilities: Service-oriented attitude, communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, organization, and results orientation.
* Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years in general maintenance and hydraulic/sanitary systems.
* Experience supervising technical work (preferred).
* Willingness to travel between branches and occasional business trips.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on branch facilities and equipment.
* Respond to and follow up on maintenance reports promptly and effectively.
* Diagnose and resolve faults in hydraulic, sanitary, and general facilities.
* Supervise work performed by vendors and support staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Conduct on-site technical audits to verify proper execution of maintenance activities.
* Control and optimize the use of spare parts and supplies.
* Maintain adequate stock of high-turnover components for timely response.
* Ensure proper condition and usage of work tools.
* Monitor general conditions of branches (power supply, ventilation, air conditioning, facilities).
* Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and Civil Protection standards.
* Analyze recurring failures and propose continuous improvement solutions.
* Prepare follow-up reports, incident reports, and equipment availability reports.
