Job Summary: We are seeking a tablet press operator to monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment, perform process controls, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of tablet presses 2. Execution of process controls and physical tests 3. Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations **Responsibilities:** * Operate, adjust, and monitor tablet presses according to validated parameters. * Perform process controls and physical tests during manufacturing. * Disassemble, clean, and reassemble tablet presses and associated equipment. * Complete documentation in accordance with GMP. * Report deviations, malfunctions, or unsafe conditions. * Maintain order and cleanliness per GMP requirements. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * Provide support and training to assigned personnel when required. * Availability to **rotate shifts**. **Schedule: Rotate Among 3 Shifts** (*Morning:* 07:00–16:00 Monday–Friday, *Afternoon:* 14:30–21:30 Monday–Friday and Saturday 07:00–14:00, *Night:* 22:00–06:00 Monday–Friday) **Education:** Secondary School (Minimum) **Experience (Preferred):** 2 YEARS **We Offer:** * **Salary: $10,930 gross monthly, $10,280 net monthly** * Paid Leave from Day One * Study Scholarships * Option for Indefinite-Term Contract * Free Uniforms * Grocery Vouchers **Location: Calzada Ermita Iztapalapa #436, Mexicaltzingo Neighborhood, Iztapalapa Borough, CDMX** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,930.00 per month Benefits: * Company Parking * Cafeteria Service Experience: * Dry granulation and granule compression adjustment: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site Employment
