Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to identify and repair faults, execute work orders, and perform installations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Electrical and mechanical fault identification and repair 2. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Installation and modification of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems An automotive company is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of mechanics, medium- and low-voltage electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, compressors, preventive and corrective maintenance, and substations. Environmental awareness. Secondary school or high school education. Job Responsibilities: - Identification and repair of electrical and/or mechanical faults in all existing facilities and peripheral equipment within the company. - Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. - Installation and/or modification of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical connection systems as required. - Dismantling and reassembly of facilities for equipment and machinery in case of layout changes. - Repair or replacement of faulty parts with spare parts.
