Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for systems, technology, CRM, cybersecurity, and technical support administration, with a focus on continuous improvement and leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Windows/Linux system administration and MySQL/MariaDB database management. 2. Technology project management and end-user technical support. 3. Leadership, team coordination, and process orientation. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Science • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role • Experience in database administration. • Knowledge of networks, servers, and information security. • Experience in technology project management. Knowledge • Windows and/or Linux system administration. • Management of local servers (XAMPP or others). • MySQL/MariaDB databases. • CRM implementation and administration (SuiteCRM, Kanboard, or similar). • Administration and support of Aspel SAE, Aspel COI, and Aspel NOI systems. • Networks, data backup, and recovery. • Cybersecurity concepts and data protection. • End-user technical support. • Technical documentation and manual creation.
