Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant to assist end users, ensure the proper operation of equipment and systems, and perform maintenance and diagnostics. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-user technical support (remote and on-site) 2. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance 3.
