Job Summary: Responsible for the implementation, administration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its proper operation and alignment with company processes. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous ERP optimization and plant support Job Objective: Responsible for the implementation, administration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its proper operation, user adoption, and alignment with company processes. Main Responsibilities: Implement and configure the NetSuite system and its various modules. Manage system options, permissions, and configurations. Coordinate module implementation according to each department’s needs. Train users based on their roles and responsibilities. Provide support, follow-up, and resolution for user requests and incidents. Document system processes, configurations, and improvements. Track continuous improvements and ERP optimization. Support system integration with internal processes.
