Professional development in a dynamic environment. **SysAdmin / IT Infrastructure Administrator** * Work Mode: On-site * Location: Venustiano Carranza, CDMX We are seeking a committed, organized, and results-oriented **SysAdmin** who wants to join a strong team with direct impact on business operations. Position Objective Ensure the availability, stability, and security of the technological infrastructure (servers, users, services, and cloud), guaranteeing proper functioning of systems supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities * Administration and operation of **Active Directory**. * Management of **Office 365 and Azure AD**. * Administration of **Windows servers** and associated services. * Basic management of virtualized infrastructure (VMware). * Monitoring of on-premise and cloud-based servers and services. * Management and verification of backups. * Basic support for networks and telecommunications. * Tracking and resolution of tickets via service desk. * Preparation of technical documentation and reports. * Support on basic cybersecurity topics. Technical Requirements * Experience administering Active Directory. * Experience with Office 365 and Azure AD. * Windows server administration experience. * Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity. * Basic knowledge of: * Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Proxy. * Backups and DRP. * Infrastructure monitoring. * VMware virtualization. * Experience preparing technical documentation and tracking incidents. * Knowledge of SLA compliance (preferred). Experience * Minimum 2 years in a similar role. * Experience in companies with continuous operations (preferred). * Experience in transportation or logistics sector (preferred).
