Job Summary: Provide support in executing enabling tasks for incident management, systems, and business projects, ensuring the creation and monitoring of configurations in SAP and other platforms. JOB MISSION Provide execution-level support for enabling tasks to Incident Management, Systems, and Business departments, as well as any business unit requesting activities related to new user onboarding in QA, DEV, and PRO environments based on a new project; ensuring creation, sorting, release, importation, and monitoring of new configurations; creation of Plants; and transaction testing in SAP modules ECC and EWM. Additionally, as part of this mission, perform user onboarding and configurations in APIs, web applications, or non-SAP platforms required by the same or other projects. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES * Respond to requests via reference (ticket), Zoom session, or email for SAP user onboarding in designated QA, DEV, and PRO environments, ensuring timely tracking of transport releases, subsequent validations, and guaranteeing quality and appropriate timing windows. * Notify the Incident Lead of projects in which you are participating and their respective priorities. * Document performed activities, tests, and configurations; measure progress percentage. * Follow SAP methodology for configurations, user onboarding, and test documentation. * Coordinate follow-up sessions to present issues or risks, as well as progress updates, to involved teams. * Generate progress reports, escalate issues, and highlight risk cases.
