**Role**
This position is responsible for defining, standardizing, and documenting processes aimed at ensuring timely material availability, aligned with the plant's production requirements.
The role focuses on identifying defects, inefficiencies, and waste within the internal supply chain, with the objective of improving material supply to production lines and optimizing material flow through strategic planning and data analysis.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Design, document, and standardize processes related to material planning and supply.
* Analyze production demand and translate it into efficient and timely material requirements.
* Identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies in material flow and propose improvements.
* Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure supply continuity.
* Monitor supplier performance and identify deviations impacting material availability.
* Participate in planning meetings with production teams to align priorities, capacities, and inventory levels.
* Provide visibility into supply risks and propose mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and suppliers to ensure execution aligns with the material plan.
* Conduct strategic floor-level production follow-up to validate compliance with defined processes.
**Required Education:**
* Completed or near-completion degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
* Basic English

* Ability to interpret and analyze complex data with a high degree of accuracy.

* Ability to identify trends and deviations in material and inventory data.
* Focus on identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis.
* Ability to track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., material availability, service level, inventory).
**Problem Solving**
* Ability to anticipate risks and resolve problems using structured methodologies.
* Proficiency with root cause analysis tools.
* Skill to develop and implement sustainable countermeasures.
* Focus on process standardization to prevent recurrence.
* Participation in the development and improvement of planning processes.
**Planning and Logistics Management**
* Understanding of material planning and supply flow management.
* Ability to effectively balance supply and demand.
* Skill to define inventory strategies (levels, coverage, turnover).
* **Proficiency with systems such as SAP (WM/IM) for analysis and control (basic level).**
* Focus on continuous improvement of material flow from a planning perspective.
* Proficiency with tools to project material requirements, lead times, and logistics performance.
* Collaboration in integrating logistics processes and optimizing supply networks.
* **Minimum 1 year of experience in material planning and supply chain environments.**
**Desirable:**
* Professional background in material logistics planning, material planning, or manufacturing processes.
* Knowledge of inventory management.
* Knowledge of warehouse operations (desirable, complementary).
