Our focus on quality and growth is what makes us an employer of choice and helps us sustain our culture of excellence. **Job Description** Provide support to the Supply Chain department in managing and controlling direct materials, ensuring proper tracking of inventories, purchase orders, and material supply required for plant operational continuity. Additionally, assist in related departmental activities. **What You’ll Do** * Support inventory management and control. * Track requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery dates with suppliers. * Update and maintain information in ERP systems and databases. * Follow up on pending invoices due to discrepancies. * Participate in inventory analysis to identify excess, obsolete items, and optimization opportunities. * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse departments to ensure material availability. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction projects. **Who You Are:** * Currently enrolled student, starting from the 7th semester. * Availability to complete professional internships. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Basic/intermediate English desirable. * Familiarity with SAP or another ERP system is desirable. * Interest in manufacturing and supply chain processes. **What’s in It for You** * A corporate culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth. * Complimentary cafeteria service. * Financial assistance. * Opportunity for growth. * Mentorship or guidance. * Real-world practical experience.
