Mission Supervise assigned personnel, providing necessary tools and/or equipment to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to established procedures, thereby ensuring proper vehicle operation. Responsibilities * **Supervise** assigned personnel to ensure timely and quality delivery of preventive and corrective maintenance services. * **Monitor** the established maintenance schedule to optimize response times and service coverage along routes. * **Direct** personnel during maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards. * **Assign** daily tasks to the team to maintain efficient operational control. * **Verify** that personnel work meets defined quality guidelines. * **Ensure** services are performed in the shortest possible time without compromising quality. * **Select** required materials for preventive and corrective maintenance execution. * **Request** and manage spare parts orders, ensuring timely availability of supplies. * **Control** the quality of materials delivered to the department for proper utilization. * **Supervise** appropriate use of tools and safety equipment by personnel. * **Implement** applicable Quality Management System guidelines relevant to the process. * **Promote** continuous improvement in mechanical workshop operations. * **Communicate** infrastructure and technology needs to enhance departmental performance. * **Develop** operational staff competencies to ensure efficient performance. * **Apply** preventive and corrective actions in response to process or indicator deviations. * **Ensure** compliance with quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental policies. * **Monitor** and control operational risks within the area under responsibility. * **Evaluate** the effectiveness of controls implemented in processes. * **Report** situations that may impact service quality, personnel safety, or the environment. * **Foster** adherence to sound environmental practices and responsible resource usage. * **Support** implementation of industrial safety systems in the workplace. * **Guarantee** safe and healthy working conditions for personnel. * **Execute** established procedures within safety management systems.
