A leading company in cleaning products, with over 20 years in the market in the state of Nuevo León and 100% Mexican, is seeking a warehouse supervisor. * **Age:** 30 to 60 years old * **Marital status:** Any * **Education level:** Technical degree **Job Description** **Supervise product placement, replenishment, and inventory counting in the warehouse; issue reports for staff failing to comply with inventory operation policies and guidelines.** **Main responsibilities include:** * Organizing, controlling, distributing, and cleaning aisles. * Managing and supervising personnel (4 people). * Cycle counting. * Restocking racks. * Reporting and non-conformities. * Monitoring storage and picker performance indicators. * Storage processes and methodology. **Requirements:** * 3 years of experience in this position. * Experience managing personnel. **Tools:** * Advanced Office software proficiency. * Communication and leadership skills. * ERP systems (SAI preferred). **We offer:** * Timely weekly payment. * Opportunities for career growth.
