Join our team as a **Harvest Supervisor**, where your primary responsibilities will be: * Schedule and organize harvest crew activities according to the plan specified by the Forecast Coordinator. * Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of the volume specified in plant and regional orders. * Verify that crews perform all pre-harvest procedures. * Ensure the harvest crew arrives on time at the designated ranch and field with all necessary harvest supplies. * Monitor the status of products delivered to the plant’s cooling tubes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related field * 2 years of experience in a similar position * Valid Class A driver’s license * Experience in personnel management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $8,233.30 - $12,871.61 per month Work Location: In person
