




Position Summary: Supervise the overall store operation, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining high operational and satisfaction standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures customer satisfaction and process compliance Supervise overall operations across all store areas, serving as a role model for your team. Provide necessary direction and feedback to employees under your supervision to coordinate proper execution of store operational processes, create an optimal work environment, and deliver excellent service to our customers. * Authorize damaged and non-damaged returns resulting from defective merchandise, incorrect employee recommendations, or catalog errors—always placing the customer first and guaranteeing their full satisfaction. * Ensure all parts and products are located in their assigned positions within the store and that physical inventory matches system records by executing flawless weekly inventory maintenance tasks. * Supervise store operational activities, serving as a role model, and ensure employees provide customer consultation and utilize all available tools—including the electronic catalog and diagnostic and testing equipment provided by AutoZone—to deliver reliable advice and genuine solutions to our customers’ needs, while also helping prevent merchandise returns through this practice. * Identify strengths and areas for improvement among subordinate staff to assign appropriate tasks, recognize strong performance, and provide feedback when identifying opportunities for improvement and training. * Supervise daily adherence by all employees to scheduled working hours and AutoZone’s dress code; ensure respectful, courteous, and professional interactions among employees and with our customers, consistently applying AutoZone’s guidelines and values. * Review the Profit & Loss (P\&L) report periodically to identify opportunities for expense control and contribute to improvements by promoting a culture of cost savings across all controllable expenditures within the team. * Assign and follow up on tasks for area supervisors—including planogram setup, merchandise placement, warehouse cleaning, restrooms, cafeteria, sales floor, parking lot—as well as reviewing daily cash counts from the main register, performing cash sweeps, and conducting cash register closings for staff under your supervision, following AutoZone-provided procedures. * Supervise and ensure employees wear AutoZone-provided safety equipment—including belts, gloves, aprons, and goggles—when handling merchandise, performing vehicle tests, or working at in-store test stations, thereby helping prevent workplace accidents and ensuring a safe environment for our employees. * High school diploma * One to two years of experience as a supervisor in retail, warehouse, or store environments * Flexible availability for scheduling AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
