Key responsibilities: * Efficiently and ethically manage a business unit, along with assigned resources and assets. * Maintain operations strictly aligned with established security and loss prevention policies and procedures. * Implement in-store commercial initiatives to enhance the shopping experience. * Gather relevant information that may impact store metrics to identify opportunities and drive action. * People and team management and development. * Opening new stores and customer prospecting. ***Requirements*** * Completed high school diploma (Mandatory) * Experience in the food industry (Desirable) * Experience managing KPIs (sales, inventory, shrinkage, cash, turnover, customer service) * Bank payments * Leadership * Availability Opening of 3 stores: * Santa Fe, Las Águilas (Álvaro Obregón), and Polanco Salary based on experience + statutory benefits + internal company benefits + mandatory and ongoing training Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Vision insurance Application question(s): * Have you opened new stores and conducted customer projections? * Have you worked in food-related retail stores?
