A hardware company is seeking candidates to fill the position of ***Store Manager (Hardware Store)*** *JOB OBJECTIVE* *To oversee and manage the overall operations of an electrical and hardware store, ensuring achievement of sales targets, inventory control, customer service excellence, and business profitability.* **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * **Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical or hardware retail stores. (Required)** * Experience managing staff. * Demonstrated honesty and responsibility (references required). * Key skills: Leadership, results orientation, customer service, organization and control, negotiation and problem solving, dynamism. * **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** **Responsibilities** * Supervise store opening and closing procedures. * Coordinate sales and warehouse staff. * Ensure achievement of commercial targets. * Provide basic technical advice on electrical materials and hardware products. * Conduct inventory reviews and generate purchase orders. * Manage inventory levels (maximums, minimums, turnover, and shrinkage). * Coordinate purchase orders and track customer deliveries. * Supervise product display, arrangement, and cleanliness. * Manage cash handling, daily cash reconciliations, and bank deposits. * Resolve customer issues and ensure quality service delivery. * Prepare sales and performance reports. * Implement strategies to increase sales. **We Offer** * **Weekly salary: Up to $22,000 per month + commissions** * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,400 * Additional performance-based bonuses * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Collaborative work environment * Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM–3 PM * **Work location:** Calz.
