Job Summary: This position ensures the integrity and accuracy of inventory in stores and warehouses through rigorous controls, goods tracking, and RFID technology, guaranteeing operational processes comply with established standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operational management and inventory control with transit tracking. 2. Administration and supervision of RFID identification systems. 3. Training and continuous improvement in inventory handling practices. **Purpose of the Position.**Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory in stores and warehouses by implementing rigorous controls, tracking goods in transit, and deploying traceability technologies (RFID), ensuring operational processes meet organizational standards. **Key Responsibilities:1\. Operational Management and Control (Daily/Weekly):Transit Tracking:** Continuously monitor merchandise movements between the central warehouse and retail points to prevent losses or deviations.**RFID Management:** Administer and supervise the radio-frequency identification system to ensure accurate readings and real-time stock updates.**Process Auditing:** Verify that merchandise receipts and dispatches comply with established protocols. **Training and Continuous Improvement (Monthly/Projects):Control Workshops:** Design and deliver training sessions for store and warehouse teams on best practices for inventory handling. **Discrepancy Analysis:** Investigate root causes of shortages or overages and propose action plans.
