The Stitching Supervisor must coordinate with production teams and external suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials and components. Additionally, they will be responsible for inspecting and controlling the quality of finished products, identifying and resolving any issues arising during the stitching process. Prior experience in a similar role is required, along with strong knowledge of stitching techniques and related machinery. The candidate must possess leadership skills and the ability to motivate and supervise a team of workers. Problem-solving ability and the capacity to make quick and effective decisions are also essential for this position. The Stitching Supervisor is expected to maintain detailed records of all processes and progress, ensuring accurate documentation to meet quality and safety requirements.
