Ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency, guaranteeing a safe and productive work environment for supervised personnel. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities in each assigned area. * Coordinate required human and material resources to meet production schedules. * Ensure compliance with company-established quality standards. * Monitor and analyze key production performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management. * Design and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes. * Supervise training and development of operational staff in each area. * Actively participate in production, quality, and continuous improvement meetings. * Ensure adherence to agreed delivery timelines with internal and external customers. * Coordinate with design, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years in a similar role managing multidisciplinary teams in manufacturing or customized production environments. * ***Carpentry, painting, vinyl application, welding, fiberglass molding, and printing processes.*** * Production planning and control. * Quality control. * Continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen preferred). * Industrial safety standards. * ERP or production control software proficiency.
