Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect/Civil Engineer for architectural project design, cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and quotations, with occasional site visits. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth **GRUPO FOR\-MEX.** **A company dedicated to the design and construction of architectural projects, with experience in projects for American Cotton, Pemex, El Zorro Abarrotero, Autolavado in Town Square Metepec, residential homes, renovations, concrete pours supported by our own concrete plant, industrial flooring, maintenance, earthworks, and urban development.** **Requirements:** Education: **Architect/Civil Engineer**. Proficiency in standard procedures is mandatory (site visits using the company's vehicle). Responsible, punctual, leadership-oriented, enthusiastic about professional growth, and well-organized. Software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other modeling software, Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray or other rendering software, Microsoft Office suite, Opus. **Responsibilities:** Architect dedicating 80% of time to office work: cost estimation, unit pricing, quantity takeoffs, and quotation preparation; 20% to site visits or fieldwork. Preparation of design proposals including plans, façades, sections, modeling, and rendering of architectural projects. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM\-5:00 PM Location: San Miguel Chapultepec, Toluca (between Mexicaltzingo and Santa Cruz Atizapan) **We Offer:** Salary with potential for higher compensation based on skills.
