Continuous Improvement * Responsible for defining product, process, and system audits via LPA audits. * Assists production managers in driving quality improvements through excellent problem solving (A3\). * Provides monthly and weekly reports on area indicators (Customer PPM, Supplier PPM, SILS PPM, NCN, CNQ%, IATF16949 compliance, budgeted hours compliance, warranty indicator, Daimler-specific quality metrics, tracking of LPA audit findings, etc.). * Responsible for conducting staff evaluations and implementing policies through goal assignment and review. * Daily meetings with department. * Contributes to selection/training of personnel and training of plant Quality functions (MOI, MOD). * Responsible for ensuring all department members complete training provided by IES University. * Maintain quality mindset across the entire plant. * Responsible for ensuring all Quality teams at the plant possess appropriate skills and complete all necessary training to perform effectively in their activities.
