Job Summary: This role supports quality control by managing non-conforming materials, inventory, supplier evaluations, and client complaint containment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tracking and control of non-conforming and rejected materials 2. Support in containment actions for customer complaints and quality alerts 3.
