Execute continuous improvement projects in processes with the most significant issues within your area. Contribute to production metrics and goal achievement, consistently aligning with applicable Danfoss policies and procedures for safety, health, environment, quality, and human resources. Develop technical skills in Master Operators to meet Value Stream objectives. **What You’ll Be Doing** ------------------------ * Responsible for tool setup according to production requirements. * Knowledge of CNC programming and prove-outs for all production equipment. * Efficiently perform model changeovers on manual and CNC machines according to the production schedule and sequence to ensure achievement of overall Value Stream objectives. * Develop technical skills in setups, changeovers, model changeovers, prove-outs, correction, and development of tools and process parameters applicable to the Master Operator 2\. * Participate in problem-solving activities such as: 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawas, and 4 Steps. **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * Technical degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the metal\-mechanical industry. * Knowledge of measuring instruments, tolerances, blueprint interpretation, cutting tools, concentricity adjustments, and surface finishes. * General knowledge of grinding, CNC machining, CNC programming, and automation processes. * Availability to rotate across three shifts. **What You'll Get from Us** --------------------------- * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. * You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work\-life balance.
