




Position Summary: Comprehensive coordination of customer service activities, from quotation to project closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the customer service lifecycle and project coordination. 2. Monitoring of services and management of communication with the customer. 3. Documentation of work and final reports.
