Initial technical training for knowledge acquisition **Electronics Service Technician** **Tii Mexico** is seeking an Electronics Service Technician focused on technical problem-solving and on-site customer support, responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on copiers, printers, scanners, and plotters at industrial and corporate facilities. We seek a technically skilled, dynamic, and organized candidate, available for highway travel and direct customer support, with capabilities in diagnosis, repair, connectivity, and equipment commissioning. **If you are a recent graduate holding a degree and professional license, and seeking to build professional experience in technical service, this may be an excellent opportunity to launch your career.** Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on copiers, printers, scanners, and plotters in the field. * Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and operational failures in printing equipment. * Assemble, disassemble, install, and commission multifunctional and printing devices. * Perform basic configuration and operational validation of equipment after technical service. * Configure network connectivity for printers and scanners. * Configure network scanning functions, shared folders, email, and cloud services. * Provide on-site technical support and customer assistance. * Prepare service reports and technical follow-up documentation. * Verify proper equipment functionality after maintenance or repair. * Comply with safety protocols and requirements for plant and industrial facility access. * Travel via highway to perform scheduled services and respond to technical emergencies. **Requirements** * Completed technical program in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. * Degree and professional license are mandatory. * Complete and valid academic documentation. * Basic knowledge of electronics, technical maintenance, and device connectivity. * Basic knowledge of networks and equipment configuration. * Valid driver's license and experience operating standard vehicles. * Availability for field work and highway travel. * Aptitude for direct technical interaction with customers. * Learning attitude, initiative, and willingness to pursue professional development. * Responsible, organized, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile. **Desirable** * Basic knowledge of assembling and disassembling electronic equipment. * Courses, training, or certifications related to electronics, maintenance, or technical service. * Basic knowledge of industrial electricity, diagram interpretation, and use of measurement tools. * Industrial safety courses or certifications. **We Offer** * Starting salary of $13,500 MXN per month during the training period. * 30-day technical training program for knowledge and internal process acquisition. * Salary of $15,000 MXN per month upon successful completion and approval of training. * Productivity bonus based on number of services performed. * Statutory benefits. * Company uniform and mobile phone. * Professional training and development. * Opportunity to gain professional field experience. * Job stability. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, in accordance with labor law.
