Job Summary: We are seeking a Screen Printer who will serve as Area Supervisor in the textile industry, responsible for production, staff coordination, and printing process management. Staff coordination and training At Gruppo Geritex, a textile industry company, we are hiring a Screen Printer to serve as Area Supervisor. We offer: + Weekly salary (paid every Friday): $2,205.28 gross + Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM + Statutory benefits + Weekly food vouchers: $100 + Weekly transportation assistance: $100 + Performance bonus: $594.72 + General medical consultation support + $3,000 annual medication allowance + Accidental death and dismemberment insurance + Marriage support benefit + Newborn support benefit + Quarterly perfect attendance/punctuality bonus Responsibilities: * Receive, organize, and prepare production orders * Operate screen printing octopus machines manually and/or automatically * Meet product delivery deadlines (on time and as specified) * Color tone matching * Coordinate activities of assigned personnel * Load and unload materials as required * DTF transfer management * Print on various fabric types * Supervise drying or curing processes according to ink type * Equipment cleaning and maintenance * Staff training * And other related duties Requirements: - Easy access to the workplace - Completed high school education - Valid official documents (RFC, NSS, INE, etc.) - Minimum 2 years of experience supervising staff - Ability to work toward objectives - Experience in manual and/or automatic screen printing (minimum 3 years) Work Location: Two blocks from Parque González Gallo.
