Job Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Senior Recruitment Executive to lead the attraction of high-quality talent and manage the full recruitment cycle within a tourism company. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience **A leading company in the tourism sector, currently expanding, is looking to hire a SENIOR RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE with extensive experience and strategic vision to strengthen its Human Talent team.** ***Position Profile:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience managing recruitment processes for diverse roles, from executive to operational positions. * Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. * Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills. * Ability to work under pressure, with a results-oriented mindset and strategic thinking. * Strong analytical capability for interpreting assessments and making data-driven decisions. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring the attraction of high-quality talent. * Manage the full recruitment cycle—from job posting to successful onboarding of new employees. * Conduct competency-based interviews and administer psychometric assessments for precise selection. * Develop and maintain a robust network of professional contacts and talent sources. * Meet key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, etc.). * Collaborate with department leaders to define job profiles and sourcing strategies. * Propose continuous improvements to selection processes. * Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the selection process. ***Key Skills and Competencies:*** * Effective and assertive communication. * Strategic thinking. * Planning and organization. * Analysis and critical judgment. * Results orientation. * Negotiation and handling of objections. * Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams. ***We Offer:*** * Monthly salary: $19,000 MXN * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria * Free uniforms * Travel discounts **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. **Location:** Av. de las Américas 1592, Country Club, 44610 Guadalajara, Jal.
