Opportunity to develop personnel in extrusion techniques. **Food Company Seeks:** **"Senior Process Engineer"** **Requirements:** * Education: **Industrial Engineer, Electronics Engineer specializing in process control and automation,** or related field. * Experience: minimum 3 years in a similar position * Language: English 70% conversational * Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office suite * Required knowledge: Continuous Improvement (Methodologies and tools), Process Control (CPK, PPK) and centerlining, Development and monitoring of KPIs, Industrial Safety / RISK ASSESSMENT, Lean Manufacturing, Visual Factory and 5S, Extrusion Processes, CONFECTIONERY FOOD KNOWLEDGE Manage, design, and improve the organization’s production processes, optimizing human, technological, and material resources to produce safe products meeting established safety and quality standards. Train and develop both operational and administrative staff in technical knowledge of extrusion processes to achieve professionalization of our processes. * Reside near the area **Responsibilities:** * Participate in daily operations meetings to identify improvement opportunities * Design productivity projects for raw materials, energy resources, and human resources * Monitor daily performance indicators and define corrective action plans * Validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for finished products * Approve and validate critical process parameters * Maintain supplier documentation updated according to FSSC 22000 guidelines, to ensure that raw materials, packaging materials, or any other materials entering the plant pose no hazard and are safe. * Knowledge of extrusion machines, IMAR or similar **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $27,000 \- $37, 000 * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am \- 5:00pm, availability on weekends * Work location: Tepotzotlán INTERESTED?
