Job Summary: Supervises and controls facility access and security, maintains order, and responds to emergencies, ensuring the best treatment and service. Key Highlights: 1. Provides excellent treatment and service at the control booth. 2. Supervises entry and exit of staff and visitors with strict control. 3. Conducts security patrols and responds to emergency protocols. 1-Provide the best treatment and service at the booth 2-Supervise staff entry and exit during scheduled shifts 3-Register visitors, suppliers, contractors, and carriers in the LobbyFix system 4-Verify in the LobbyFix system the entry and exit authorizations granted by hosts for visitors, suppliers, contractors, and carriers to ensure secure control 5-Maintain order and cleanliness of the assigned booth 6-Conduct vehicle and transportation inspections upon entry and exit from the facilities 7-Open and close staff locker rooms 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after each shift 8-Receive and properly register mail and packages 9-Follow specific guard instructions according to established guidelines for the booth 10-Wear the work uniform appropriately throughout the entire workday 11-Correctly use tools assigned to the position and booth 12-Immediately report any incident or deviation 13-Assist in emergency response and reporting, providing immediate attention to suspicious situations 14-Conduct physical searches on all individuals entering and exiting the facilities 15-Respond to emergency protocols 16-Conduct security patrols at scheduled times !!!!
