Assists in K9 inspections and asset security **Job Description** General Objective: Responsible for strict control of entries and exits of trailer boxes belonging to the plant’s supply chain, including Imports, Exports, inter-plant movements, warehouses, yards, and lots. Responsibilities and Functions: 2.1 Organization, Planning, and Control: * Ensures correct implementation of vehicle entry and exit control measures for PDM’s supply chain vehicles, in accordance with established procedures and protocols. * Conducts mandatory inspections required by C-TPAT or OEA certifications. * Records inspections in the intercompany movement platform. * Complies with PDM’s asset security procedures. * Applies export seals jointly with the Customs Department assistant. * Responsible for operation of trailer entries and exits at assigned access points (Booth 2, Booth 9, Oradel Yard, OW12). * Supports control of supplier and contractor entries and exits to ensure smooth vehicular traffic flow at access points. * Assists in K9 inspections. 2.2 Communications: * Maintains effective, efficient, and timely communication with Control Center 110, on-duty Asset Security Administrator, and Asset Security Supervisor. 2.3 Employee Relations: * Identifies leaders from the Import-Export, Customs, and Warehouse departments to channel information facilitating operations. 2.4 Safety and Health: * Follows and monitors company EHS safety rules. 2.5 Quality Systems: * Ensures conformity with quality standards.
