Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies, ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies, and drive continuous improvement within multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for (position name), Key Responsibilities: * Facilitate agile ceremonies: – Daily Standups – Sprint Planning – Sprint Reviews – Retrospectives – Refinements * Ensure proper adherence to agile methodologies and Scrum best practices. * Track team progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments. * Coordinate communication among stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams. * Drive continuous improvement and agile maturity of teams. * Monitor agile metrics and sprint goal achievement. * Support planning and management of deliverables. * Facilitate collaboration between multidisciplinary teams and business areas. * Participate in sessions with global teams and international stakeholders. Requirements: * 5\+ years of experience as a **Scrum Master**. * Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies. * In-depth knowledge of **Scrum / Agile** methodologies. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced English **B2/C1** for communication in global environments. * Experience working with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. * Experience in the **insurance** sector. * Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM or similar).
