SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary: Provide in-store operational support for sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service to achieve the store's commercial metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the execution of operational and commercial processes 2. Arrange and display merchandise on the sales floor 3. Provide excellent customer service and support Provide operational floor support in-store by executing applicable operational processes related to sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet assigned store operational and commercial performance metrics. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, excess inventory, and trucks in accordance with applicable merchandise arrangement guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to fulfill inventory counts; * Perform proper facing and labeling to classify merchandise and participate in opening/closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure correct merchandise arrangement and store presentation. * Handle customer service interactions by clarifying inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing, thereby delivering excellent service reflected in point-of-sale transaction closures; also handle customer phone calls to address questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions using cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with AutoZone’s cashier policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * High school diploma or equivalent completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
