SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Summary: Support store operations—including sales, merchandise organization, and customer service—to meet operational and commercial performance metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Assist customers while building your professional future Provide floor-level operational support in the store by executing sales, merchandise placement, and customer service processes as defined by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to achieve assigned store operational and commercial performance metrics. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in trucks, following applicable placement guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper facing and labeling to categorize merchandise, and participate in opening/closing tasks as well as sales-floor cleaning activities to ensure accurate merchandise placement and store presentation. * Deliver customer service by clarifying questions regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing—ensuring excellent service reflected in front-counter sales closures—and handle customer phone calls to address inquiries about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with AutoZone’s point-of-sale payment policies to ensure effective transaction execution and sales closure. * High school diploma or equivalent completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
