




Job Summary: We are seeking a Hunter to identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities, feeding the pipeline with high-value prospects to ensure profitable growth. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic Purpose Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities aligned with ELE’s 2026 Strategic Mix. The Hunter is the engine of expansion, responsible for feeding the pipeline with high-value prospects to ensure profitable and sustainable growth, ensuring each account meets margin and viability standards. 2. Key Responsibilities (OKRs 2026) Pipeline Generation: Maintain consistent coverage of qualified prospects in the CRM (Odoo). Conversion Rate: Achieve a Prospect-to-Contract conversion rate exceeding 35%. Profitability: Ensure each new contract generates Gross Profit greater than 24%. CRM Discipline: 100% registration and updating of all commercial activities. 3. Core Functions Active Prospecting: Research and outreach to multi-branch prospects in strategic sectors (Automotive Aftermarket, Pharmaceutical, Beauty, etc.). Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present value-based proposals and service-level agreements (SLAs). Pilot Management: Coordinate with Operations to ensure success during trial periods (60–90 days) to secure conversion to definitive contracts. Closing and Handover: Collaborate with the Strategic Closer and formally hand over accounts to the Customer Success team. 4. Candidate Profile Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales (logistics, last-mile, or industrial sector). Skills: Consultative selling, resilience, assertive communication, and profitability focus. Tools: CRM proficiency (Odoo preferred) and intermediate Excel. Requirements: Willingness to travel; personal vehicle preferred.
