Field Sales Engineer – Metal Mechanical Industry · Work Area: San Luis Potosí Purpose of the Position: Responsible for increasing sales within an assigned territory by offering technical and value-added solutions for metal machining cutting tools. Will maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and strategic partners. Main Responsibilities: Manage and develop accounts within an assigned territory. Advise customers on productivity, tool selection, and technical services. Use office software and tools to support technical-commercial activities. Provide personalized service and maintain effective relationships with key customers. Work collaboratively in teams to achieve business objectives. Communicate and negotiate effectively. Deliver presentations to various types of customers. Requirements: Education: Engineering or advanced technical training in related fields (or equivalent experience in cutting tools). Experience: Minimum 3 years in cutting tool sales or manufacturing experience with commercial skills. Experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sector. Ability to work autonomously from a home office and willingness to travel. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
