SALES ADVISOR YOUR ROLE IS: To provide excellent attention and service to customers visiting the store, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience that motivates them to return. Your responsibilities include: \- Greet, advise, and sell items and/or services offered by the store while meeting sales targets. \- Maintain inventory and ensure departmental control with no shortages or overstocks. \- Keep merchandise and display furniture in perfect condition. \- Receive, activate, label, update, and display Daily Assortment items. \- Conduct inventories. \- Perform receptionist and package-handling duties. \- Promote Coppel credit. Other activities may apply, depending on the specific department assigned. REQUIREMENTS \- Must be at least 17 years old. \- Minimum completed secondary education. \- Gender-neutral. \- Basic computer skills (basic Office software knowledge). \- Prior experience in sales, promotion, reception, etc., is desirable but not required. \- Strong verbal communication skills and passion for customer service. Work schedules are split shifts, running from 9:30 AM or 10:30 AM until 8:00 PM or 8:30 PM (depending on the branch), including a midday meal break. Workdays are Monday through Sunday, with two weekdays off. Salary: $9,150 (gross; deductions apply for ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT if applicable).
