**Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics safety. * Demonstrable knowledge of **CTPAT and OEA certifications**. * Knowledge of **DOT, FMCSA, and transportation regulations**. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (spoken and written). * Leadership, auditing, risk analysis, and communication skills. * Availability for flexible hours and on-site visits to yard/operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and local regulations. * Implement and maintain safety standards required by CTPAT and OEA. * Conduct internal safety audits and follow up on findings. * Train drivers and operational staff on safety policies and procedures. * Monitor safety metrics, incidents, and corrective actions. * Coordinate accident and incident investigations and prepare reports. * Ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and customer policies.
