**Job Description and Objective** * **Basic Description:** We are seeking a **Rotogravure Printer** to join our printing team. This position is essential for operating, adjusting, and maintaining rotogravure presses, ensuring jobs are completed according to quality specifications and established deadlines. * **Objective:** Operate and adjust rotogravure printing machines, controlling production parameters to meet customer specifications and internal standards. **Job Requirements** * **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma (Baccalaureate). * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year operating printing machinery (rotogravure). * **Essential Knowledge:** * **Knowledge of Rotogravure Printing Machines** * Solvent-based inks * Rotogravure cylinders * Color matching * Print quality and compliance with standards * Good safety and hygiene practices * **Skills:** Teamwork **Main Responsibilities** * Operate the printing press to cover absences or shortages of printers, ensuring compliance with production order specifications * Print at the highest possible speed without compromising product quality * Ensure and verify print job quality during the printing process * Participate in the selection, assembly, and adjustment of printing blades * Coordinate and participate in the toning and preparation of inks to be used * Ensure equipment maintenance issues are reported in writing using the appropriate form * Collaborate with available resources to expedite operations (roll changes and job changeovers) * Coordinate and participate in activities related to organization and cleanliness of printing work areas * Use personal protective equipment and adhere to safety guidelines **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** $13,000 per month. * **Employment Type:** Permanent, full-time. * **Work Schedule:** Weekly rotating 8-hour shifts **Additional Benefits:** * Food vouchers: 6% * Savings fund: 11% * Christmas bonus: 22 days * Free uniforms * On-site parking Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $13,476.56 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
