We are currently strengthening our operations with key positions to guarantee our organization’s sanitary and regulatory compliance. * ️ **The Challenge** We seek a **Sanitary Responsible** with solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, capable of leading regulatory and sanitary compliance for our operations, ensuring adherence to current regulations and guaranteeing the quality and integrity of our processes and products. This position will play a strategic role within the organization, serving as a fundamental contributor to decisions related to compliance, quality, and pharmaceutical operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the **Sanitary Responsible** before the corresponding regulatory authorities. * Ensure compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and applicable sanitary regulations. * Supervise and ensure proper functioning of the Quality Management System. * Manage and follow up on internal, external, and regulatory audits. * Ensure documentary and regulatory compliance of operations. * Supervise processes related to manufacturing, storage, and product release. * Manage and track deviations, CAPAs, and change controls. * Strategically coordinate with Quality, Production, Validation, and Regulatory Affairs departments. * Actively participate in strategic projects and operational decision-making. **Profile We Seek** * Bachelor’s degree in **Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology (QFB), Pharmaceutical and Industrial Chemistry (QFI), or related field**, with professional license and registration.
