What profile are we seeking?** Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. **Residence: Toluca or areas with easy access to the work location (mandatory for in-person team management).** Vision: Ability to manage multiple concurrent processes with absolute focus on service quality. Technical Skills and Knowledge **Advanced proficiency in job portals (especially Indeed and LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).** Expert-level use of Microsoft Excel for report generation and metric tracking. **Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (with emphasis on hiring) and Personal Data Protection regulations.** Competencies in assertive communication, negotiation, and operational team leadership.
