Operator Recruiter (Cargo Transportation) Join Transportes ELOLA! We are a leading Mexican company in the cargo transportation sector (fifth wheel), with nationwide presence. We operate short-haul, yard, and highway units (53”, 48”, dollies, and 20’ and 40’ container carriers). If you have experience recruiting tractor-trailer operators, we are looking for you! Job Objective Ensure timely coverage of operator vacancies through efficient recruitment, validation, and hiring processes. Main Responsibilities Posting vacancies on job boards and social media Recruiting local and out-of-town operators Conducting interviews and operational screening Validating documentation: Federal driver’s license Medical fitness certificate Employment references Administering assessments and candidate follow-up Coordinating medical examinations Compiling candidate files and managing the hiring process Maintaining the candidate database Meeting hiring targets Preparing recruitment reports Essential Requirements Completed high school or Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Psychology, or related field) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operational recruitment Experience recruiting operators (mandatory) Knowledge of: Types of federal driver’s licenses Operator documentation Transportation operations and routes Basic Office software skills R-Control system (mandatory) Ideal Profile Results-oriented and goal-driven Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities Proactive attitude and sense of urgency What We Offer Base salary Statutory benefits Job stability Growth opportunities Excellent work environment Working Conditions Work mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs Saturdays: 9:00–12:00 hrs Join a solid and growing company in the transportation sector!. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience Knowledge areas: Efficiency, Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, Database Management, Recruitment, Social Media, Personnel Selection, Objective-Based Work, Transportation, Validation Keywords: selection, recruiter, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
